Since
opening in February 2004, Savory Tastes Café
has been serving up contemporary American fare with
a hint of French influences. Their innovative bistro-style
menu includes a variety of creatively prepared sauces,
steaks, poultry and seafood.
The restaurant's philosophy is to use the freshest in local and seasonal ingredients while offering its patrons eclectic dining in an elegant setting with an informal atmosphere.
Executive Chef, Stephen O. Bell received his training at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island and the Ecolé Superiere in Paris, France . Prior to opening Savory Tastes Café, Chef Bell ran Savory Tastes Catering, was the Executive Chef for the Fleet Bank, Corporate Dining Room. He has also worked for Legal Seafood and The Boston Harbor Hotel.
